Robot head

Simple yet ominous, hauntingly enigmatic. The smooth yet bold colourworks are lovely but it's the Robot face/helmet design which really grabs attention. The abstraction of various facial parts to a vague layer and the fact that it's hard to read any sense of emotion or expression in this design just amps up both the hint of the Robot's power and even Nightmare fuel. Also there is a piquant Japanese android (Think Guyver or Appleseed) flavour within the design, making for a slick futurist impression with a sense of optimism for the characterization.

Although this is far from your plate-and-organic flourishing art style ([link] [link]I miss this style a Lot), the soulful mecha essense is maintained. A sweet addition to your art-style & character design~
